Multi-Point Video Conferencing Options
 
 
Voice Activated View
The person who is speaking is seen full screen. Use this set up when one location is doing a majority of the speaking. The screen shows the site that is speaking. If your location is not speaking, it's a good idea to have your site muted, to avoid distracting screen flipping.

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
                                         
Continuous Presence Side by Side View
Two sites are visible on the screen at once, and viewed side by side. This option is used mainly for interactive meetings between three sites.

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Continuous Presence Side by Side View
Four sites are visible on the screen at once, and the screen is divided into 4 equal parts. This option is used mainly for interactive meetings between four-to-five sites.

 

 
 
 
 
 
      
                                    
 
Continuous Presence 5+1 View
Six sites are displayed at once. The main presenter is shown is the larger box, while the other five site border the bottom & right side. Continuous Presence 9 View
Nine sites are visible on the screen at once and the screen is divided into 9 equal parts. This option is used mainly for interactive meetings between 8-10 sites.
